How to Use
Break the noodle cake into four parts. Add the noodle cake and contents of the spice mix packet to a pan of 8 fl oz (1 cup) of boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes in an open pan. Stir occasionally. Do not drain remaining water. Serve and enjoy. Store the remaining noodle cakes in an air tight container to retain freshness. To prepare more than 1 serving, increase the amount of boiling water and the amount of spice mix proportionally to the amount of noodle cakes being cooked.
