  • 1 ¾ cups water
  • 1 cup chopped asparagus tips or broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon Maggi® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon

Step 1
Combine water, asparagus, garlic and bouillon in medium saucepan.
Step 2
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; cook for 3 minutes or just until asparagus is crisp-tender.
Step 3
Stir in couscous. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork.
