  • 4 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) black beans, drained
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 MAGGI Chicken Flavor Bouillon Cube, crumbled

<b>TOAST</b> seasoning blend in large, heavy saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes or until fragrant and slightly darker in color. Remove from heat.<br><br><b>POUR</b> seasoning blend, beans, water, oil, lime juice and bouillon in food processor or blender (in batches, if necessary). Cover; process until almost smooth. <br><br><b>POUR</b> mixture back into saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated through and thickened. Season with salt, if desired.<br><br><b>TOP</b> with media crema and onion. Serve with lime wedges.
